Context
Acolyte is a service I offer: automating the time-consuming tasks of small businesses, from the audit to AI agents and custom development. It is a personal project where I built everything: the offer and its pricing, the brand, its mascot, the iconography, the website and its copy.
Challenge
Make AI concrete and reassuring for business owners who have neither the time nor the wish to learn its jargon. The offer had to be understood in seconds, show clear prices from the first visit and build trust on a sensitive topic: their data.
Approach
I structured the offer in tiers, from the free discovery call to monthly support, each with its own price and dedicated page. The brand relies on a mascot, the acolyte, shown in several poses across the site, and on 3D iconography in the same blue. The site speaks informally, shows quantified automation examples and dedicates a section to compliance (GDPR, European hosting, AI Act).
